Huh?

Lady comes in today and has 2 "LOST" books on her account. She says that they're damaged and so she wants to pay for them. Then she asks if we can discount the price because the books are damaged. Huh? YES, she ruined the books and then she asked us if she could pay less because they were damaged.

My mood: amused ---NOT
