Future Musician?
Today we had the KE Taiko Ensemble at the library (yes, LOUD drums at the library-- I love loud and noisy). Very cool program. Got lots of positive feedback from the crowd. At the end of their performance, they let people from the audience play the drums. So, Little C got to learn Taiko from the master himself.
Okay, here's my American Idol commentary (without saying too much for those who are behind in the "Tivo"ing). Love everyone (sorta) in the top 5. Was too bad that most of the girls got eliminated, but the boys are definitely better singers. Sorry sis, but Lambert is one of my faves, and of course, Danny. But, dang, that Kris is growing on me too. Wonder if the heavy testosterone levels in the top is due to major female crushes or based stricly on talent? Maybe a little of both?
