Vacation!
Woohoo! I am officially on vacation for the next 2 weeks. Heading out tonite to L.A. From there we're driving to Vegas to see some friends. Then on to San Diego for more fun. Then back home to clean house--Bleah.
I'm sitting, charging my iPod, cell phone, and batteries. Every trip, it seems like there's one more charger to carry. Also, checking out my Facebook account. I'm surprised at how many people I find, long lost ghosts from the past who pop up as friend requests. And quite a few family members. I'm surprised Aunty J is not on Facebook... or is she? ... nope, I just checked. Not unless she relocated to Silicon Valley (hahaha).
I hate inbetweeny weather. That's the weather that might be hot or might be cold, depending on how the wind blows. Spring is sort of like that. The last week has been fairly warm, but Cutie Pie is still wearing long pants to school, so I should probably skip the shorts and swim shorts. Hmmmm... Wouldn't be a problem except for the weight and bulk of cool weather clothes (and the fact that you have to pay for your luggage now). I will be so thrilled when he's big enough to no longer need a car seat! That takes up major space.
Took an airborne since I woke up this morning and my throat has that sore feeling when I swallow. Yikes. Had fruit to hopefully combat those pre-vacation germs that know just when to strike. Damn.
