Jabon Jello
1 Jabon (Pomelo), peeled, segmented, and separated
1 large can mandarin oranges (or 2 small cans)-- drained, save juice
1 small can crushed pineapple-- drained, save juice
2 cups of juice (combination of juices from can and the rest from water)
4 packs of Knox gelatin
3/4 cup sugar
Place fruit in mold or pan. Heat liquid, sugar and Knox. Cool liquid slightly. Pour into fruit. Chill until firm.

Spent the morning at WCC doing a Run & Read for Literacy. We walked a mile, ate bananas and bought a few paperback books.
